I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to Coffs Harbour and right by the beach, which was definitely a plus. However, the apartment I stayed in had significant maintenance issues that made it less pleasing. The cleanliness and comfort were adequate, but there is definitely room for improvement in the overall upkeep.

Rooms

The apartment had huge windows above the bed without any blinds, which made it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, it could use a revamp as some amenities were outdated and the sliding door didn’t close completely, which was concerning.
Service
6.0
Service was a bit lacking as it felt rushed and there were some communication issues regarding check-in procedures. My unit was not serviced during my five-day stay, which I found a bit inconvenient.
Location

The location was one of the best features, being just a short drive from Coffs Harbour and having direct access to the beach.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to eat at the on-site restaurant, as we had to find food elsewhere for breakfast before our early start.
Facilities

The resort offered decent facilities such as a pool and tennis courts, though they were not the most modern. The amenities available were satisfactory but not exceptional.

I had a relaxing three-night stay in a villa that was comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for unwinding by the pool. The service from Bernie at reception was a highlight as he made the check-in process smooth. However, I encountered issues with maintenance at the pools that detracted from the experience. Overall, it’s a good family-friendly spot but could use some upgrades and better attention to safety.

The resort is a charming spot just north of the city, offering a great beach experience. We had a spacious minisuite with easy pool access, and enjoyed family-friendly amenities like tennis courts. However, the lack of consistent Wi-Fi in units was a downside, and the overall upkeep of some areas could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
We stayed in a large minisuite that was well-equipped and had a lovely garden area. However, the absence of Wi-Fi in most units was frustrating, especially for the kids.
Service

Some of the interactions with staff were less than welcoming, which impacted our overall experience. We felt they could have been more accommodating.
Location

The resort is conveniently located directly on the beach, providing easy access for swimming and relaxing. However, it is a bit far from the city, which might be a consideration for some.

The attached Thai restaurant offered delicious meals, but we did not feel inclined to use it after the initial check-in experience.

The amenities were good, with tennis courts and a large pool area for relaxing. However, some outdoor spaces could use better maintenance.

I recently stayed at Nautilus Beachfront Villas and had a fantastic experience. The units were spacious and well-maintained, making them perfect for families. The on-site Thai restaurant was a major plus, with delicious food that we couldn't resist for both nights. However, there were some minor frustrations with the service, which felt a bit unwelcoming at times. Overall, it was a great getaway, just a little distance from Coffs Harbour itself.

Rooms

The units were spacious with a comfortable layout, perfect for our family of five. Everything was clean and tidy, making our stay very enjoyable.
Service

I found the service to be somewhat lacking, as the staff could be a bit rude and unhelpful. An example was when they entered our villa just after checkout without any notice.
Location

The location is beautiful, right on the beachfront with lush tropical gardens all around. It’s quite a distance from Coffs Harbour, but the beach is stunning if you don't mind the long drive.
Dining

Dining at the Thai restaurant on-site was a highlight. The food was exceptional, and it was so convenient to have it right there. We ended up dining there both nights!
Facilities

The facilities were impressive, especially the large pool which provided plenty of areas for relaxation and fun for the kids.
